He didn't introduce any feature of the car to me, and when I asked a question, he would answer it with no more than 10 words. When we got back and tried to work on the numbers, I mentioned that I couldn't make the decision at that moment because I had two other models to see. It was obvious that he got angry immediately. We had an email conversation before I went there but I never said something like "I'll definitely buy a car from you". He threw his business card on the table and left without saying a word. I would recommend Hendrick Acura at Southpoint because the sales there were much friendlier. More
