Because Craig, my salesman, really acted like a "guide." He was genuinely personable and interesting to talk to. He answered all my questions, patiently and educated me about all the cars' features. Next thing you know, I fall for a 2015 Acura XLR and I bought it. My only critique would be--and dealers are guilty--is the "financial process" takes way too long. And this is not a reflection on the very capable individual, Spurling, but the fact that a lot this could be done online or at least electronically with Docusign. I think industry needs a transformation in this regard. More

Used car shopping We went to another dealership before going to Leith Acura and waited over a half an hour and no one talked to us. Within minutes at Leith Acura we were test driving cars with Eric. he went out of his way to show us as many cars as we wanted and even went to another joint dealership to get a car they didn’t have. We always felt extremely comfortable working with Eric and everyone that we talked to was equally as nice to deal with. We never felt pressure at any time or get like we were wasting Eric’s time.
