Anthony Bronzini was my salesperson, a friendly, knowledgable and importantly, reachable person. He helped me find and buy the my perfect car. His role was as much resource person as salesperson. He helped me with questions about the car I was interested in, identify the options that would be useful to me, and then, most importantly, found the car I had chosen. He kept me informed every step of the way. This is the first time I bought a car where I felt like I had an advocate helping me get the right one. And guess what? It does not stop there. I was encouraged to, and saw in action with another customer, the service after the sale help that they offer. There are a lot of wonderful features on these cars that I have not had before. Things I need to learn to use. Questions will come up after the sale, and I know I will have help with that. In the past the car buying experience has been more like the salesperson needed to make a boat payment and nothing to do with what I would be living with for years to come, the proverbial Wham Bam Thank you Ma'am sales approach..
