I had been looking at Jeeps for quite some time and was certain that I wanted some type of Jeep bit was unsure of the specific model. I settled on a Jeep Wrangler, Golden Eagle edition. I left the dealership not feeling completely set on the purchase. I returned the next day in search for a hard top Jeep that had some more upgraded amenities. Yesterday's experience was like a family reunion at Leith Chrysler Jeep in Raleigh off Capital Blvd. I'd never been there before, didn't know any of the people, but was treated like family - from my first email, to my visit, through the paperwork, the drive off the lot, and the next day, I was made to feel right at home. Julie Chasse is outstanding! Honest, genuine, an advocate for the customer. We exchanged emails, phone calls, and texts the day before. Julie worked to put together a deal for me, listened, and looked at all my options. We negotiated some even though the offers were great to start. Julie texted to confirm my appointment and had my vehicle ready when I arrived. She was polite, professional, and honest, even more so in person. No games, straightforward, answered all my questions. I'm a big believer in customer reviews. There were multiple 4 and 5 stars reviews online and I have to agree with the comments from others. Julie definitely makes a difference at this dealership. I also had direct interactions with Peter Rizkalla and Allan Kanter, and recognized many of the other people from the staff website. As I waited, I had the opportunity to make my own observations. The interactions between staff, between staff and customers, it was just a great vibe in the showroom. I don't get anything for this review, but hope it helps.
