This guy wasn’t the typical sales rep and I could see that he is an honest and trustful man. They tagged the car at 21,890 and reduced the price by $1000 to allow me to take the deal. They also gave me a good price for my old Jeep. The overall experience was very! good mainly thanks to the sales rep Trevor who was just fantastic. I would highly recommend you to go to this dealership and specifically ask for Trevor. More

He is genuinely courteous, professional and for the first time, it felt as though a salesperson was actually working for me and not playing games. Negotiations were swift and they stood by their word every step of the way. It was also nice to see more camaraderie vs. cut throat interactions within the Sales Staff. It appears people actually like their roles and other colleagues. I'm originally from up north and with dealers on every corner, you feel like a piece of meat thrown into a lion cage. If you want a quality, low pressure experience from a Team that is customer focused and strives to have your needs met (within reason of course), this is your place. You'd be prudent in giving them an opportunity, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

Edward was a fantastic sales man, and they gave me what I thought was a good deal on a Mazda CX-7. However, the entire time they boasted about how their customer service didn't stop after the paperwork was signed. This is a complete joke. After signing the paperwork, the salesman handed me one single key to my new car. I asked where the second one was and they said they would find it. It's now 2 weeks later and no one has contacted me back about a second key. I've texted Edward a couple of times and he says that it's up to management, but NO ONE from management will return my calls. Had I known that the car was going to come with one key, and that I would receive such terrible service after the fact, I would have taken my business elsewhere. More

We are making that transition to a motorhome and wanted to get a Jeep as our new dinghy. Over Christmas we checked out Jeep Wranglers. We looked at every available option and model trying to figure out what worked best for our needs. Now it was time to bring in the big guns, my Dad! He is the ultimate deal finder! Plus we were going to be on our boat for several months with sketchy internet service. My Dad sent over 700 emails to 52 dealerships all across America pretending to be us. Several dealerships told him they would beat his best price, but then backed out and said they couldn't. One dealership held true to their word! Kristy Friedrichs from Leith Chrysler Jeep in Raleigh was driving to Florida with her sales manager when my Dad contacted her. Sure enough she beat his best price!!! The best part is they are local! We didn't have to drive to Maryland to find awesome folks with awesome prices!!! Kristy was so nice and patient working with us to finalize the deal. Two weeks after we returned home our Jeep was delivered. Kristy and all the Leith folks were great. They even applauded and had me ring a gong in celebration of our new Jeep! It tows great and looks good behind our rv. Our grandchildren even get excited about riding in the Jeep. We love it!! More

During the test drive I pointed out alignment and brake concerns to John, he and Sherwood worked quickly to resolve them and we soon agreed on a price. I'm really pleased with my new Honda Pilot and will definitely recommend Leith to my friends and co-workers. I feel what made my experience so good was the genuine desire by John and Sherwood to not only sell me a car but make sure I'd be completely happy with the car. I live in Florida now but came from Detroit, The Motor City". I have purchased many cars over the years from many different dealerships. Leith has been by far the best experience ever. My car was totaled in an accident, and I had a brief window of time in which I could replace it. After finding an acceptable vehicle in Leith Chysler Jeep's online inventory, I went to the dealership fo window of time in which I could replace it. After finding an acceptable vehicle in Leith Chysler Jeep's online inventory, I went to the dealership for a test drive. The car was okay, but I had a few misgivings about some issues with it. The salesman kept pressuring me to buy the car, without so much as giving me time to check the car out or drive it on the highway. Given the situation, I decided to purchase the car anyway. I explained my intent to pay most of the cost in cash and the rest via financing from my personal bank. I was repeatedly told that not financing through them was a bad idea. I persisted, since I knew that my bank would give me a better rate than any dealership. Despite my persistence, they declared I was required to allow them to run a credit report on me (even though I was not financing through them). I then had to wait around the dealership to have an "interview" with the finance manager. In the interim, I was switched to another salesperson because mine suddenly had a "family emergency" and disappeared. The new salesman made copies of all of my registration and insurance info, and disappeared himself. I was left waiting for the finance manager. My bank had sent me a transfer check in the mail a few days before, and I had not yet received it. I explained this to the finance manager when I finally got into the "interview". He immediately began acting suspicious and insisted that I had to fill out a form to finance the car through them in order to buy it (at an outrageous 8% interest rate!), "just in case" I never got the check from my bank. It was clear from the beginning that the finance manager did not trust me, and he was not shy about making that painfully obvious. After I completed the purchase process, the original salesman mysteriously reappeared from his emergency. He assured me that they would arrange for return of the rental car I was driving, so that I could take my new car home. The following day, I received the transfer check from my bank in the mail, and called the dealership to let them know I would bring it in. I came in that afternoon to sign over the check and complete the purchase. I noticed when I came into the lot that my rental car still hadn't been returned, which was disconcerting. When I turned the check over to the finance manager, I insisted that he tear up the dealer-financing (8% interest) form now that they had full payment. He pulled it from the paperwork and said it was "in the shred pile". Fast-forward a week and a half. Today, I suddenly get several messages from the dealership that I need to call them immediately. I call back, and they are now claiming that my auto finance check bounced! After calling my bank, I discovered that Leith Chrysler Jeep never faxed them a signed copy of the bill of sale (they requested it three times), so they declined the check. Unbelievable. In the meantime, I've foud numerous issues with the car: the AUX button on the stereo doesn't work, making it impossible to use my MP3 player with the stereo; the passenger side sun visor clip is broken; the seat upholstery is extremely stained, etc. They also hadn't detailed or cleaned the car up at all before I drove it off the lot, even though I requested several times that the upholstery and some scratches in the paint be addressed before I bought the car. Overall, this has been the most annoying and difficult car purchase I've ever experienced. In retrospect, I wish I had taken a bit more of my (very limited) time and shopped around a little more, rather than buying from Leith Chrysler Jeep. More
