He was very knowledgeable and went thru some detail on the cars instruments and how they work and how I can turn them on or off. He was also very friendly and courteous. Most of all he LISTENED!! I would recommend my family and friends to contact Kennis for a great experience in shopping or should I say buying a new car! THANK YOU VERY MUCH KENNIS!! Also. Our experience was poor 1. We were handed off to a Sales Our experience was poor 1. We were handed off to a Sales Resource that tried to rush us through the Sales choices 2. The Resource forgot to mention Our experience was poor 1. We were handed off to a Sales Resource that tried to rush us through the Sales choices 2. The Resource forgot to mention the differences between car warranty after we changed our option from used to a new car option 3. From note 2 we were asked to pay for this Leith Honda representatives mistake and option which we think should have been comp'd because of their lack of service in the Sales team 4. We brought up the racist treatment we received ten years ago and the Manager responded that we could take our business elsewhere. He has been the Manager there for the last 20+ years 5. We bought a car using our own experience to make that judgement, if the service we received is indicative of the Leith Hondas Executive perogative then the areas they serve still live in the oppressive Jim Crow mentality of over a hundred years ago. We will not recommend or purchase another product from this company. Clearly not a company that values customers of color. More
