Do your work and be aware of market conditions; nothing will help you if you are uneducated. Leith met my target price, and Bo's communications were prompt and direct. In person, he was friendly, respectful of my time and did not pressure the deal. He beat a competitive quote and didn't try to sneak anything in the contracts. He was helpful and articulate, both during paperwork and on the test drive. I entered the dealership at 10AM on the last Saturday before Xmas, and was on my way home before noon (no financing).
