One of the best service experiences we had due to their Saturday hours, quick turn around time and friendly/accommodating staff. My husband and I were in the market for a new car so we went to Leith to "gather information", but ended up purchasing a 2015 Civic that night. Alex was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. He was friendly, courteous, and made the car buying process easy. Never did we feel pressure or uncomfortable during the experience. We were well informed all along the way and everything thing was very open and "above-board." Danny handled the paper work and he was organized and clear. Afterwards we went to financing and Josh Greene helped us decide what warranties were right for us. I am so glad Mike Rausch turned my unpleasant experience into an exceptional visit. When I arrived I was greeted by Service Advisor Ken Hunter. Unfortunately, he turned out to be my worst nightmare at Honda. He was so arrogant and did not treat me as a valuable customer by ignoring my presence at his station and walking away before settling the status of my car. Needless to say I sought better service from another Advisor ... MIKE RAUSCH. Mike was Honda's saving grace! He was very polite and patient and knows his car business. Mike is very professional and exhibited exceptional customer service! It was definitely a pleasure doing my Honda business with him. I will definitely refer Mike to any friends and family who take their vehicles to Honda. More

Excellent service I was comparing the CR-V with similar size cars at other dealeers. I was promptly greeted by John Seinar. He was polite, informative, but not overly aggressive like some of the other dealers. I loved the car. John was extremely aggressive in his pricing and said he'd match any price. I got more for my money than any other car. I asked about an extended warranty as Hyundai's and Kia's have longer warranties than Honda and was contacted by Gavin Davis who aggressively (in pricing- not that he was agressive) got me a 10 year/120K miles bumper to bumper warranty for a great price. Even with this extended warranty added it was still less out the door than the other cars w/ more features and the best safety ratings. I wanted a specific color inside and out and he was able to get it within a few days. Then when i got my car, John spent at least an hour explaining how to work the touch screen and what everything does. I have recommended John already to 2 of my friends. Easy great car buying experience! More
