The sales department were so professional, Bobby and Waleed never made us feel any pressure. Most will try and rush you to make decisions and try and convience you to buy the product. I always have been turned off from the aggressive style of car sales staff and use to go after hours or Sundays so I do not feel rushed. NOT Bobby and Waleed. They are so professional and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. The best approach to customer service. The product will sell itself, Waleed and Bobby understands that and is why they will always be recommended to my friends, family and coworkers if they are thinking of buying a car. The two business managers Jeremy an Gavin were nothing less than fantastic. There professionalism and the quality of customer service was amazing. Jeremy and Gavin both have the "it factor" when it comes time to purchasing your car. Honda is fortunate to have these four individuals on their team. More

From the time he greeted me until I drove away, John was kind, patient, and friendly. His knowledge about Honda products was particularly impressive, and he took the time to explain new features, pros/cons, and comparisons among vehicles. He made sure that I was comfortable with operating the features he demonstrated as we examined the new vehicle. Although the dealership was "crawling" with customers, he gave me his full attention the entire time I was there. I never had the feeling that I needed to "hurry up." Our conversations were not one-way. He was interested enough in my being a satisfied customer that he asked me questions and welcomed my input in the process. I also spoke to Russ Clark and Danny Feeney while I was there, and they were equally professional and friendly. As a Leith customer for years, my experience reinforced my loyalty to them. I met him the day before Christmas and shared with him my intention I just wanted to share my experience with Shane when purchasing a new 2015 Civic. I met him the day before Christmas and shared with him my intentions to purchase a new Civic for my daughter. He was incredibly friendly and provided NO pressure. My daughter did not know what I was planning on doing but I had to call her because she needed to at least pay for the insurance. When I mentioned this to her, she really wasn't interested because of the added insurance cost. Therefore, I had to tell Shane that we could not follow through with the deal. He was so good about it and totally understood. I really respected him for that. He had a smile and said "no worries, if things change, you know how to contact me and wished me a Merry Christmas". I felt really bad that I wasted his time. Needless to say, later that day, I decided to buy the car and put it in my name including the insurance. The day after Christmas we signed the paperwork and the whole time, he was friendly, honest and trustworthy. I had all my family with me and they were quite impressed with Shane as well. Thank you Shane, my daughter is very very happy. More

Nahru Williams was by far, the best Sales I can't speak well enough about my recent car buying experience at Leith Honda on Capital Blvd in Raleigh. Nahru Williams was by far, the best Sales Rep I've had the pleasure of working with. There was absolutely no pressure to make the purchase and he was so helpful in explaining everything during the process. He even paired my phone with the Bluetooth in the car and set all the radio stations and just everything for me so all I had to do was drive it away! Fabulous experience and I'd highly recommend a Honda Experience with Leith Honda in Raleigh. More

He was quick to meet with us, and while we were still uncertain as to what we were looking for, other than used and to trade in our previous car (also a Leith Honda purchase), he jumped right in and asked excellent questions to find out exactly what we really needed sitting in our driveway. He kept us inside the warm facility and out of the cold as much as possible, but let us look at a number of cars of all different kinds. When we had finally settled on a particular model, he was sure to show us the best cars on the lot for the right price. The dealership overall worked with us on our trade in, and Brett gave us plenty of time to decide that we had made the right decision. Brett was also very aware of our dinner plans later that evening, and did his best to get us out the door, but in the right car as quickly as possible. For us, so much of the buying experience is dependent on the person on the other side of that table. I could have bought a car anywhere, but I would much rather put my money on a company and a sales representative who makes the experience so much more enjoyable, because, let's face it, it's a BIG investment. Why deal with the hassle of rude employees when you could go to Leith Honda. But seriously, ask for Brett. He's awesome! More
Great, Quick Experience at Leith Honda I recently had a very pleasant experience at Leith Honda on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh. I had not purchased a car in more than 10 years and was not looking forward to having to do so, but the Leith staff and especially Sales & Leasing Consultant Alex Quintana made the experience quick and easy. I test-drove the Honda CR-V earlier this fall and after that, Alex and I exchanged a few emails and phone calls about my plans. He was very polite in his communications and simply stated the facts about the dealer's offers and news, instead of trying to push me into making a decision. I appreciated that a lot. So when I was ready to make a purchase, I went back to Leith and the entire transaction took just a few hours to complete. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, which was a new experience at a car dealer. I got the vehicle I wanted for a very good price and am now the happy owner of a 2014 CR-V. I'd be happy to recommend Leith, Alex and Business Manager Jeremy Hyatt to anyone looking for a Honda. More

He was a tremendous help and offered a great deal of insight into the safety features and other benefits of the Honda Fit, which we ended up purchasing. A few weeks later, we were faced with a major repair bill for one of our other cars which needed a transmission. We opted to sell the car in need of repairs and visit Leith Honda again. Brett was our "go-to" guy. He guided us through the purchase of a new Honda CRV, which we are enjoying greatly. Brett was down to earth, listened to our needs, and assisted us with the paperwork for purchasing a new vehicle very quickly and easily. I would highly recommend Brett as your first line of contact if you are in the market for a new or used Honda. More
