I had been shopping for a while and my salesman, Marvin Camper, was one of the best salesmen I have had the pleasure of working with. When I came in three weeks previously, he actually listened to what kind of car I wanted and there was no pressure to buy right away. He continued to check in with me over the next several weeks to make sure he could answer any of my questions. When I decided it was time to make my purchase, he met me at the dealership first thing in the morning. He made the process very easy and I would absolutely go back to Marvin for my car shopping needs in the future. Super nice guy with a no pressure sales approach. Thanks Marvin! Love my new CRV! More
Great Service The air conditioning in my car went out and I knew I was going to have to take it in for service. I had been in twice for my air conditioning before, but this time it just totally gave up. On my previous visits, I had worked with Mike Foushee and really appreciated his honesty about what kind of service I would need. This time was no different. When he explained what needed to be fixed, he actually drew a diagram on a piece of paper so I could really understand what the problem was. What other service professional has ever done that!? I ended up trading my car in that day for a new CRV, but I know when I go in for future service visits, I will absolutely ask for Mike Foushee! More

On Thursday August 14, 2014 we went to Leith Honda. The first person we encountered was not pleasant at all and we were on our way out the door. As we were leaving we bumped into Waleed Abdelsattar. He was very pleasant and helpful, answered all questions and therefore she purchased a Honda Accord. The process was very smooth and she drove off the lot with her new vehicle. I dislike being pressured to buy (“well this car and offer might not be available next week…”) and I especially dislike the sense of being fast-talked for being a female purchaser: both experiences I’ve had at other dealerships. A friend had recommended Leith/Marvin Camper to me and Marvin definitely came through. Marvin is respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He is very nice, but not in a superficial way. He was not pushy and respected that I had done my research on the car and would not be misled (would have been a non-issue with him, as it turned out). As I had just gone in to visit and test drive on a lunch break, we had to work out the numbers via phone/email after just a brief discussion of target/goals. On the finance aspect, Gavin Davis is great – efficient and thorough in his explanations, and was patient and understanding when my bank had a mixup that delayed the check I had promised him by ‘x’ date. Both Marvin and Gavin are helpful, kind, and professional, and I would absolutely recommend them! Thanks for a great dealership experience, sirs. More
The best of the best salesman, Hugh Bodenstine! We went to buy our very first new vehicle, the 2014 Honda CRV. Went knowing all the information about what we wanted, including searching at differin We went to buy our very first new vehicle, the 2014 Honda CRV. Went knowing all the information about what we wanted, including searching at differing car dealerships in the area (Durham, Salisbury, Sanford). What we found with our internet inquiry, which I must say is mis-leading, as you fill out your preferable car and then all of the sudden millions of people contact you! (to my surprise, I thought I was just researching my vehicle), was HUGH! He was wonderful. Never pushy, like other sales people, never misleading. Others at a different dealership were tongue and cheek (like one specific person when they found out through the internet that I was still looking). Hugh, on the other hand, was a respectful, understanding guy... yes, guy, that wanted to give the consumer what they were looking for. While on the lot the first time, he spent 4+ hours with us as we looked over different trim levels. Then we went to his 'sales' kiosk, where he worked with his software to find exactly what we needed to afford our new, absolutely beautiful car. We ended up choosing a trim level higher than what we were initially looking for because his pricing was right. On the second trip to the dealership, Hugh was there. After a couple of hours, we had purchased our new car. We did have to go to our bank in Durham and then back to Raleigh which left enough time to get the accessories we wanted on the CRV (body side molding and running boards, which I would also suggest as they are a nice addition). When we came back, Hugh was ready and willing to walk us through all the bells and whistles of the new car as well as pass us on to the finance manager. The only thing I will say that wasn't 100% with our purchase (yet was 90%), was him. He was a fast talker, pushing through the extended warranty and Simonex (and he did a good job, as we got both). You could tell that he was 'seasoned' in the industry, as he wasn't the friendliest (not at all hostile or mean) and was obviously pushing add-on's and the like. However, what I can say about him is that he did a fantastic job selling both to my husband at discounted rates that weren't offered to us originally, as I am sure Hugh couldn't give it without his managers approval (which we never asked for). What I can say and will ALWAYS say, is that if you need a new or used Honda, go to Leith and ask for Hugh! He's a family and people person with much respect and understanding for what it costs to buy a new vehicle. He was a saving grace for us and without him and his abilities, we wouldn't have felt confident. Thank you Hugh, a million times over! More
Bought second car at Leith Honda from Marvin Camper I am very picky when it comes to good customer service. I will not spend a single penny with anyone that is not nice. I do not like to be pressured or talked down to in anyway. I bought a Honda from Marvin camper at Leith Honda just over a year ago and he was the perfect sales person. He was very knowledgeable and patient. When I decided to get another car there was no doubt that I would call him. Mr. Camper is excellent because he really cares about making sure the customer is happy. When I bought my second car from him a few days ago I told him I would be back. He knows that to be true. When I am ready for my third Honda he will sell it to me. He is friendly - but not overly friendly. He is trustworthy and very kind. Most of all he is professional. Go an get yourself a Honda from Marvin Camper. When it come to choosing a person to manage the financing Gavin Davis is GREAT!! He was fast and did not go overboard with pressure to add on. He allowed me to choose the financing that was comfortable for me. The two of them are a great combination! I highly recommend both! More
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! After an exhausting week of test driving cars, how refreshing to wind up at Leith Honda. To top it off I was lucky to get Hugh Bodenstine for my sales rep. There was absolutely no pressure, no ten trips to the manager to get a better price. Hugh understood my budget and went from there. He was so patient with me, picking out the car, explaining the features and benefits, helping me with the color. Hugh also responds immediately and was patient with my schedule. It doesn't stop there. Then the Manager comes out and thanks you, Gavin, the finance person is great. No pressure once again. He explains the warranty in detail and you either want it or you don't. Thank You Leith for making this a great experience! More
