Max answered every question that we had and was very patient while we compared different years and models. Max worked with us on the pricing that we can reach our goal. We ended up closing the dealership very late (special thanks to Danny Feeney for explaining the options with extended service/warranty late into the night), but the Leith Honda team didn't seem to mind. Started out ok, ended badly My husband and I have been on the prowl for a new car. We settled on wanting the Honda CRV after a ton of research and thought that we would go to Lei My husband and I have been on the prowl for a new car. We settled on wanting the Honda CRV after a ton of research and thought that we would go to Leith Honda since it was closest. It should be known that we have only ever dealt with Fred Anderson Toyota in the past (which we love) but wanted the CRV so Toyota wasn't an option. I had already emailed a salesman at Leith discussing prices and once I got the price we wanted to start negotiating with, we showed up one afternoon. Another sales guy came over to help us stating the one we emailed was busy. After test driving the CRV we wanted we started the process of buying, got a price we wanted. Everything was ok, until it came to the financing. He came across as Mr. Nicey at first, then while we are signing our paperwork, he talked about how his wife had a CRV and loved it, blah blah blah... then we presented the plethora of warranty options (which were not all that spectacular) and when we turned him down on the extras, his face turned, literally, evil and condescending and told us, "Frankly, I'm shocked that you would not be smart about this and choose one of these" and then completely shut down any kindness, professionalism, that he could have possible had. Why would he turn all Jekyll and Hyde on us for this? Maybe his commission depends on it? Anyway, after that, he didn't shake our hands when we left, he didn't say goodbye, nothing. What could have been a decent experience (though not great) turned out being negative. We actually called Honda back to pay off the car in full as to not give the finance guy the opportunity to have a finance deal under his belt, although I think since the deal was signed, and it went on to honda, we were probably too late. We will have to deal with Leith Honda for issue that arise with the car, if they do, and direct related issues with service, but we will never deal with Leith Honda again... ever. More

He didn't have the pushy tactics that you normally equate a salesman with. He was honest in his opinion and didn't try to over sell the vehicle to us. In the end, we found what features that were important to us in the van and left the dealership very pleased. Dealing with Jacky in Finance was easy too. After signing the endless pile of paperwork that goes with buying a new car, we felt relieved and excited about our purchase. I would recommend this dealership over any local dealership that I have dealt with in the past. Thank you again Leith Honda. More
