Wally - A man of his Word Wally took care of my needs from the moment I walked in. He was extremely friendly, courteous and respectful. He put up with my stubbornness and never got frustrated when I needed my price point met. He even went to bat for me against the finance department. Bottom dollar isn't wally's sales pitch nor is it what I got, but I drove away satisfied and in positive spirits. He even had to locate the vehicle from another dealership - and it was actually a few $$'s cheaper then their initial offering. Even though Honda's sell themselves, Wally took the initiative to hear me out and be honest from day 1. All in all Wally is a man of his word and was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly and very pa . We bought our very first brand new car from Leith Honda, in Raleigh, today. Our sale consultant was Mr. Mick Sabol. He was friendly and very patient with us and knowledgable about the details of the car. We showed up there in a Friday afternoon (about 3 pm). We had two test drives (my wife and I), while deciding between Honda Civic EX and Toyota Corolla S Plus on a tight budget. Mick Sabol presented different features of the car to us. We then got in the office and he helped us to reach an agreement on the price with a good discount on it. He was not at all aggressive or pushing. He quickly realized our desired car and budget. It was about 5:15 when we reached an agreement. Our purchase took a bit long, due to our non-resident visa status. We couldn't get approved for the financing from Honda at the first day, however Danny helped us to get a loan from a bank (of course with a higher APR). We quickly got done with the paperworks on the next day. I think the main thing about making a deal is that you should be happy when you are done with it. We were so happy when leaving the dealership with our nice car. We had another experience with a honda dealership in Durham where they left us with a crazy offer and didn't even like to negotiate. Compared to the dealerships in the area, I would strongly recommend Leith Honda and Mike Sabol, even though it was not the closest dealership to where we live. I hope we can have a similar experience for the maintenance stuff. More
