Great Exprerience! I stopped by Leith Honda solely to test drive the 2014 CR-V. Great service from great guys ... thanks Mick and Jacky! I was interested in buying a certified pre-owned Honda CR-V and visited Leith Honda today with the intent of 'just looking.' Mick greeted me outside I was interested in buying a certified pre-owned Honda CR-V and visited Leith Honda today with the intent of 'just looking.' Mick greeted me outside the door and quickly led me to several options after hearing my wish list. He answered all my questions thoughtfully and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Very professional and personable. To my surprise, I was able to make a decision fairly quickly after a test drive and decided to buy after seeing a 2012 CR-V marked down $2000. Mick made the process completely painless and was very helpful, even calling my insurance company and talking to the agent to switch my coverage to my 'new' CR-V. I appreciated the complete transparency of the negotiations around the price of my certified car as well as my trade-in on my Honda Odyssey. No more silly walks to the office to discuss heaven knows what ... all the questions and answers were done right in front of me with my full knowledge. And Jacky was super efficient with the finances, moving the process as quickly as it could possibly go and walking through all the financing options very clearly. I haven't bought a car at a dealership since 1989 but was really happy with my experience today. Mick and Jacky were knowledgeable, respectful, highly professional and just plain nice. Wally at Leith Honda was amazing! I don't normally write online reviews, but I felt it was necessary to write a review about our experience with Wally at Leith. My husband and I needed I don't normally write online reviews, but I felt it was necessary to write a review about our experience with Wally at Leith. My husband and I needed to sell his truck before we move to England. An idea popped into our heads one afternoon, maybe we could trade the truck in for a small car with good gas mileage so we can bring it to England with us. So we looked around at other dealerships, still tossing the idea around because we didn't know if we could 1. sell the truck for what we wanted for it and 2. find a car that would meet the qualifications for England. When we arrived at Leith Honda, Wally listened to us and understood exactly what we were looking for. The entire time, he kept our budget in mind, was very flexible and EXTREMELY patient! He made the experience less stressful and much more enjoyable! It was such a pleasure to work with Wally and I HIGHLY recommend you ask for him the next time you're shopping for a car. More
