I got to the dealership close to closing time and I was fortunate to have Jason Kreykes at Leith Honda help me with the purchase of my new Honda CRV. Jason met me and took his time to show me around without any rush, allowing me to decide what I wanted to test drive. He did not try to manipulate me into buying a specific car. Before deciding on a Honda, I took my time and visited many different dealerships. I researched the Honda CRV and had many, many questions. Jason was fantastic and patient in answering my many questions. He was quick to respond with detailed information. He also worked really hard to get me the price I wanted and in the end he saved me more money that I expected. Our sales experience with John Oliver was both congenial and quite satisfying with John's patience as he explained every aspect of our model choice of Odyssey. John, combined with Jacky Hwang for finalizing our financing options was comfortable as there was no pressure for our additional options of extended service, Simonize paint treatment, & etc. Each of these three at Leith deserve "full 10's". In addition to all this, Dylan's patient assistance in coupling our two cell phones with Bluetooth was great too. More

Ken has assisted me for a little over a year. Ken has one of those personalities that grabs you the minute you walk into the doors. He's easygoing, polite, and always taking customer service to another level. He and David keeps in the loop with my car and always suggest if I need any additional work. They always thoroughly explain the procedure for that day or future work I may need. Ken is simply awesome and I enjoy coming to Leith Honda. I'll see ya this Thursday for an early oil change for my road trip for the Memorial Holiday weekend.
