He was never pushy, but persisted until he was able to make the deal I needed, the deal I wanted, and the one that allowed me to step up to the model I really wanted when I thought I would have to step down. He was always courteous, always attentive, and made you feel like he had been your friend for years. Chris is the reason I'm now driving my third Nissan and the reason I will be seeing more of Leith Nissan. Couldn't be happier with the experience or my Rogue. More

An overall fantastic buying experience! From the minute we walked in to Leith Nissan, we were treated very well by Chris Baysa. My wife and I had been shopping for an SUV for about 2 weeks From the minute we walked in to Leith Nissan, we were treated very well by Chris Baysa. My wife and I had been shopping for an SUV for about 2 weeks and had been to many dealerships prior to Leith Nissan. Chris Baysa listened to what we were looking for, and offered his suggestions. He got us into a Murano and a then arranged a test drive. We also got to meet the Sales Manager, Glenn Finkel, who was also great to talk with and answered every question we had. Even though it was the last day of the current sales promotion period, there was a great balance between getting us into the cars we wanted to test and allowing us the room to make our decision. This decision making space was greatly appreciated. We made the decision to purchase the Murano later that day, and also got to work with Shannon McDougall in Finance. Shannon also made us feel very comfortable and worked hard to explain every nuance of the service packages and worked to get us an interest rate that we found acceptable. When we returned to pick up the Murano and trade in our car, Chris spent well over an hour showing my wife every detail of her new car, which made her very comfortable and confident. Overall, a fantastic experience at Leith Nissan. We will certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

Fantastic dealership I picked up my 2017 Rogue yesterday and am so impressed! It's a beautiful vehicle, handles well and with the remote start, heated steering wheel and I picked up my 2017 Rogue yesterday and am so impressed! It's a beautiful vehicle, handles well and with the remote start, heated steering wheel and antigravity seating it is a pleasure to drive/ride. He wasnt focused on looking past me to get the next sale but worked hard to make sure I had the automobile and deal I was looking for and was extremely accomdating throughout the entire process. He turned what would have normally been a painful experience to a positive one. I love his patience and caring demeanor and glad that I had the opportunity to work with him. He was one of the only guys to come out when it was freezing cold and we were out on the lot right before closing time. Thanks!! More
