I took my car in to Leith for service as a first time customer, and I came out with a "new to me" car!
Our service attendant, Ken Hall, was very good with contacting us and clearly explaining what the problem was with our vehicle. He was very pleasant and helpful when we stated that we were considering a purchase instead of repair. Ken then introduced us to our FANTASTIC sales person, Mr. Jim Kamara...
Jim really listened to our needs when suggesting vehicles for us to look at, and he worked diligently to get us the best payment possible. Although we had a really long wait to speak with the finance manager, Kamara was attentive and extremely apologetic for the wait. He also made sure he kept things moving by requesting the detailing, filling the tank, etc while we were waiting. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Kamara.
I also wanted to leave a comment about the great job the two gentlemen did that detailed our pre-owned vehicle (unfortunately I didn't catch their names)! In addition, the General Sales Manager (Mr. Tony Enderle) stepped in and provided an extra touch of customer service by agreeing to resolve a minor cosmetic issue on the vehicle as well. And lastly, but certainly not least, we're confident that the Finance Manager (John Watson) also worked hard on our behalf to get us the best finance rate available.
There's a great/strong team of professionals at Leith Nissan and they've earned our family's returning business for our vehicles servicing, maintenance, and purchase needs!
