When I bought my car did not realize it would take 2 hours to even get an oil change. Paid for extra warranty also and needed to get 2 tires plugged and this took over 2 hours. I know I did not have an appointment this time but emergencies happen. Always an excuse not enough help for over a year???. Dont tell customers it should not take very long and 2hours plus you are still waiting?? More

Ricky seemed like a nice person at the beginning, but wow it went downhill fast. He couldn't answer a single question about the Ariya for us. He had to get someone to come into his office to look up the broc it went downhill fast. He couldn't answer a single question about the Ariya for us. He had to get someone to come into his office to look up the brochure because he doesn't know how to use the internet. The only question he tried to answer was about the lane tracing/cruise control and he was wrong about it claiming only the top end model has it, so I guess he wanted us to choose the top end even though we were considering near top end. During the test drive/demo he talked about how many dead bodies could fit in the trunk and that the best feature of the car is being able to hide drugs and weapons in the hidden glove compartment so police don't find it. I wanted to test the intelligent cruise control, but he had no idea how to even enable basic cruise control. I mentioned at the end that if I buy the car I'd probably buy it cash and he laughed at me. I've been trying to find out if I can work with a different sales agent there but can't get an answer. He also told me to avoid the busy rush that was happening while we were there we should come during a weekday...we were literally the only people inside the dealership. This is the closest nissan dealer to me, but it seems worth driving much further to avoid the drama here. More

Our son is in the military and they even helped him buy his first car by going out of their way to do unique things to ma cars for our teen drivers.
