Amazing customer service We drove in on Saturday not knowing if we were going to purchase a car. The sales agent, AJ Ferguson, was amazing. He is not your typical car salesm We drove in on Saturday not knowing if we were going to purchase a car. The sales agent, AJ Ferguson, was amazing. He is not your typical car salesman, but made us feel very comfortable in purchasing a new car. He was very laid back, and not pushy at all. He was also very patient with us, as we had our two young children with us! AJ was very professional and pleasant. Further, the entire dealership worked with us to address every issue we had before buying our SUV. They bent over backwards to make sure that we were extremely happy when we left the dealership. When we got to financing, John Watson was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable as well, as really put us at ease with the decisions we made to buy both the car and the extended warranty. Lastly, the popcorn...a lifesaver if you have to entertain children for 5+ hours! :) More
