She was friendly, knowlegeable, and very down to earth - I feel like that I not only got a great car, but also a new friend. Express Service is false advertising Express Service is NOT TRUE. I drove 30 minutes one way today for this guaranteed 30 min service to be told it would be at least 30 min to get in for Express Service is NOT TRUE. I drove 30 minutes one way today for this guaranteed 30 min service to be told it would be at least 30 min to get in for service and an hour or more to finish. I was told appointments still come first. You made my life harder this morning and not offer of FREE old change and filter. From their website: "With Nissan Express Service we offer a signature Express Oil & Filter Change that’s fast, convenient, and guaranteed! We get you in and out in 30 minutes or less, or your next oil and filter change is FREE! Coupled with our No Appointment Necessary, this means getting the needed maintenance on your vehicle doesn’t need to be a hassle! Life is busy and we make it as easy as possible!" More

Amazing Service This has been my first auto-loan ever, I didn't know how it was going to be like but Shawn Fischer went out of the way to please me, all first start b This has been my first auto-loan ever, I didn't know how it was going to be like but Shawn Fischer went out of the way to please me, all first start back on February when I called to this dealer store looking for a murano 2007, Shawn told he had one on storage and he make time that same day to show it to me, at that time i didn't make a decision to purchase that car due to certain circumstances, i never lost contact with Shawn because he show interest for my business, he was really courteous and attentive all the time. Then after a while back on June I call Shawn telling him that i was ready for the loan unfortunately the murano had been sold but Shawn once again went out of the way to please by showing me other options and to give me some recommendations but always making sure that he was showing me what i was looking for not what it was the best for the store! he even stayed after hours (due to work) just to make sure i was getting what i wanted. it was my best first time experience auto-loan! By the way he car its amazing! More

No Pressure and Patient We recently purchased our new 2015 Pathfinder from Leith Nissan. Patrick Hare was our salesman and was very helpful with our selection process. Sinc We recently purchased our new 2015 Pathfinder from Leith Nissan. Patrick Hare was our salesman and was very helpful with our selection process. Since this was our first brand new vehicle, we wanted something very specific that they didn't have on their lot. They were willing to negotiate with us and get the exact vehicle for us; even though it was 250 miles away. We didn't feel pressured to purchase, but they offered us such a better deal than Toyata would on a Highlander that we couldn't refuse. They were also very patient and kind with our two kids under 5 that couldn't sit still for the entire car buying process. More
