He's an honest and great salesperson to meet and purchase a car from. He made this experience great and was one of the biggest reasons I chose this Leith Nissan to purchase my car from. The Sales and Service department are great and showed me when I would need to come in for my maintenance. Mo helped me set up everything in new car and went to through all the checklists very thoroughly, making sure that I understood everything and was leaving without any doubt in my purchase or service. This is not an easy process for all parties involved; however, we were very impressed from our first visit to Leith Nissan. Campbell Lovett greeted us and listened to our needs. Campbell then introduced us to Derek Parker from the sales team to assist us further. Derek greeted us and listened to our needs. We noticed a pattern immediately; both Campbell and Derek had listened, heard, and understood our parameters. Derek was the consummate professional and never once pressured us to do anything. It was clear that Derek had one goal: help us find the right vehicle. He didn't even blink once as we asked to look at, sit in, and test drive many (many) vehicles....multiple times...over eight (8) weeks. Derek took a chore and made it palatable. Lastly, when it came time to negotiate pricing, Leith Nissan did not charge us for all the coffee, bottled water, and popcorn consumed by us and our two boys. Well, at least they didn't itemize it. :-) More

I recently purchase my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder SL from Leith Nissan and exclusively asked for my Sales Consultant to be Jim Gillis, (my daughter’s sales rep.). Why go with someone else when I had seen how excellent he is and the superb service he offered us during my daughter’s whole purchase process. Jim took care of every detail and demand that I had. Bonnie the Sales Manager was there for Jim every time he went with questions and new demands on my part. Why go with another dealer when this team can meet and exceed expectations and give the best service ever. Words cannot express how satisfied I am. Once he helped me find the right vehicle, it was up to Campbell to work with me on getting the price that I was comfortable with and he delivered on just that. It was nice to speak to sales folks that didn't push and push. I let them both know what i was looking for and they were able to work with me until I was happy. Once the back and forth was over, Mary Leahy was awesome and really sealed the deal when it came to crossing the t's and dotting the i's. This being my first time financing anything, she broke everything down and really helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. Great smiles and firm handshakes all the way around. It was truly a joy of an experience. I'd recommend this same team to any of my family or friends in the future. More
