The sales manager Campbell Lovett was very polite, friendly and a pleasure to work with. As well as John Watson in the finance department he was on point. I've had 5 cars in the past 10 years Leith Nissan is by far the best dealership I've ever purchased a vehicle from and trust me this is saying a lot. I've had 5 cars in the past 10 years and I've also sold vehicles years ago, so I know a lot about the ins and outs of the car business. My short time as a car saleswoman taught me a lot about the ugly business of buying and selling cars, reason why I changed careers. Jim Gillis (Sweetest Sales guy ever) and the team at Leith Nissan in Cary [Bonnie (Manager Extraordinaire), Campbell (Awesome Sales Manager) and Mary (Finance Guru)] are some of the best I've seen in the business. They blew my EXTREMELY high expectations out of the water. I was first greeted by Bonnie we chatted a bit about my needs and request; she then introduced me to Jim Gillis, my sales guy. Jim was knowledgeable about the features available on the 2015 Rogue. I was impressed with Jim’s honesty and integrity. He was attentive and worked with me, to understand my very specific vehicle requirements and additional accessories requests, all the while making sure to offer me a deal that suited my financial needs and budget. As a busy professional, I needed to manage the purchase process at my pace and availability - with no pressure. Jim and everyone I worked with at the dealer were very professional and respectful of my time and requests. It took me almost a week to come to a decision and I never felt any pressure. During that time, they kept in touch via emails, calls and texts. On the day of purchase, I did not feel rushed when it came time to discuss numbers. Mary, the Finance Guru was a pleasure to work with; she went over all of my options as far as warranties and indulged all of my requests to play around with different options to see how it might affect my monthly payment. I got a sense of honesty, integrity, genuine interest and care from her that is so difficult to find in a Finance person at a dealership. I would like to point out that I dragged my poor mother out to the dealership with me; the process of buying a vehicle is one that she hates. Everyone at the dealership especially Jim and Mary were so nice to her and made sure she was well taken care off while she was there with me. She left the dealership singing their praises, and has forbid me to purchase cars from anywhere else :) . Trust me it is almost impossible to have her feel comfortable at a dealership during the negotiation process. In the end I got the Rogue that I wanted with all of the extra features I had requested at a fair price and they offered me a fair amount for my trade. I am very pleased with my Rogue. Jim and Bonnie both followed up with me a week later to ensure that I was happy with my new Rogue. I will be taking my Rogue there for service regularly. Our experience with the Leith Nissan team from Cary was so positive and honest that I will be going back to them this month to help my mother purchase a new vehicle. Buying Preowned at Leith Nissan! :) I located a car on www.cars.com that I was interested in seeing. The process to set up an appointment was simple, and within minutes I had an appoint I located a car on www.cars.com that I was interested in seeing. The process to set up an appointment was simple, and within minutes I had an appointment set with a Sales Consultant. When I arrived at Leith Nissan my Sales Consultant was readily available to greet me and had a notion of what type of vehicle I was looking for. Austin Graff, my Sales Consultant, was (more than) a pleasure to work with! He showed me the 2011 Kia Sorento that I initially came to Leith to visit and (in below freezing weather) entertained my wish to check out another few cars on the lot. He showed me a few other cars, per my wish, but at no point was he ever overbearing or pushy in his approach. He understood that I was interested in Kia's and had plans to visit other dealerships to look at vehicles but presented me with a great offer before I ever left Leith on the day of my first visit. I never ended up trying any other vehicles that day, I simply asked for a pre-purchase examine from my mechanic, which Austin, and Leith, willingly allowed, and a few days later drove my car of the lot for that examine. My mechanic loved the condition that the pre-owned Sorento was in, and was impressed by the dealerships high-quality. I returned the Kia to Leith that day, and after the expected paperwork drove it home as mine. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Austin was a doll throughout the whole process, I would recommend him to anyone. He explained each step of the process with clarity and made it a point to be sure I was clear on all matters related to financials. In addition to the pleasure I had working with Austin Graff, I must also shed a little praise on the finance department and the interactions I had with Mary Leahy, in securing my sale. Mary explained all of the paperwork I was signing in thorough detail and answered all additional questions I had. My interactions with Austin Graff and Mary Leahy at Leith Nissan were better than I ever expected to find in my car buying experience. As a former Sales Manager I know what it takes to satisfy a customer in the auto business. I would not do business anywhere else. Curtis is one of the most sincere and knowledgeable sales people I have ever met. He remains an asset to that dealership. On Long Island when you are looking to buy a new car you really have to prepare yourself for battle. Each step of the Long Island car experience is more painful than the next. When visiting Leith Nissan in Cary we could not believe how EVERYONE was friendly and respectful. Don't get me wrong, every car dealer wants to sell a car but there were no high pressure tactics from any area. This includes Austin who was our sales person, Campbell a sales manager and a whole host of other people. My wife and myself kept joking with everyone that we kept looking over our shoulders to make sure we were not on a reality show! We wound up leasing a 2015 Rogue and every promise that was made by the dealership was kept and in the time frames we were told. We don't know if every dealership in the Cary area works the same way as Leith, but if they don't they can learn a lot of things from Leith. Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had! More
