Great experience from start to finish! I was in for what I thought was a quick fix on my car, but in reality became quite expensive. The car was old so I looked at the new models, being very happy with my (now dead) Altima. Rakesh helped me going above and beyond in order to make sure I found the car I wanted. We decided a Nissan wasn't what I wanted, and he helped settle in on a VW. He didn't just hand me off to a VW sales rep, but learned what he needed to in order to sell me this car (since it's in the same dealership network). I got a very reasonable price and I'm very happy with the entire process. More

He took us out for test drive and very 'to the point' about the features of our Altima SL. Usually information overload results in confusing, but Rakesh was very prompt and seemed like he was on top of his game. He helped us with the documentation and explained what we need to know. He still calls every two weeks to check if we have any concerns. Finance manager Chris and Sales Manager Anthony were very helpful as well. It was overall a very good experience. We are so happy with our Altima and glad we got t from Leith Nissan. More

2nd Experience as Good as the First A couple of weeks ago, we purchased a Cube for me and I promised Rakesh that if we ever needed another vehicle, we would come back to him. Well, as l A couple of weeks ago, we purchased a Cube for me and I promised Rakesh that if we ever needed another vehicle, we would come back to him. Well, as luck would have it, Big Blue (our customized van that we had had for 10 years) began giving us too much trouble and we decided to retire it. After much searching and driving a few vehicles, we decided on the Rogue. After that was determined, then Rakesh helped us get the best price that would make everyone happy. He never made us feel rushed and never put pressure to make the sale. As we were leaving the dealership, a very bad storm came up and Rakesh called us 2 different times to check on us to see if we ok. I feel that is true customer service and he went over and beyond the call of duty. He is an assest to the dealership and as before, we promised that if we needed another car or if we heard of anyone looking for a car, we were certainly going to send them his way. And I still love my Cube! More
