After looking at the Rouge with Jamon he was honest enough to tell us that this car would not really work well for us because the 3rd Road is not really for everyday use. we both really appreciated his honesty he wasn't just trying to sell a car he was trying to find the right car for us! he recommended the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder! We fell in love instantly!!! This SUV had everything we were looking for!! It had the backup camera that I needed and the DVD player for the kids! Our experience was top of the line! Jamon was so nice and easy going not to mention HONEST! It was very important for us to be dealing with someone that was honest!! He had our paperwork done quick and got us a GREAT deal! If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend everyone go to him! When he sent our SUV off to get cleaned we didn't even have to tell them that they missed spots, JAMON did!!! Derek Parker not only stayed an hour after closing to let me test drive the vehicle I was looking at online, he found me a better deal within the Leith Auto Dealerships, drove 2 hours and brought me the car. Then they made a better offer. The customer service was outstanding, the trade-in value offered for my vehicle was beyond fair, and Derek's knowledge of the vehicles was comprehensive. As a Jeep driver for the last 15 years, it was going to take allot to get me into another Make/Model, and Derek did it. The vehicle he offered was a year newer, fully loaded, and had warranty left on it. Simply outstanding customer service. Thank you Derek! More

We went to the dealership not sure about what vehicle we wanted to buy, but we thought we wanted the Nissan Leaf electric car. Even after all that effort, we changed our mind about the car because we decided we weren't ready to use an electric vehicle and both Rakesh and Bonnie were incredibly helpful to us and we are now buying the Nissan Altima instead. The effort, attention to detail, genuine concern for the customer and their needs is unmatched by any other dealership. Bonnie and Rakesh are outstanding people to work with.
