Dear Leafowner, As the highest volume LEAF seller n our District, as well as, proponent of LEAF technology, I want to assure you, we care about our LEAF customers. That is why we were the first Nissan dealership to receive the quick charge station. Our Service Manager, Cheryl Furcini, works diligently to keep the charging ports clear. With the quick charge port available for our LEAF customers, is there any reason you do not use that? Also, I understand from our receptionist when she tried to get your name and number, you hung up on her. I had hoped to hear from you to have a dialogue rather then emailing back and forth. Please know that once we move into our new facility, the charging stations will be more accessible to our LEAF customers since we will have a larger space to accommodate this need.
