Best car buying experience ever. Purchased many cars over the years and this was the smoothest transaction. Mark Hay is a great communicator and helped craft the deal that made sense to me. I was able over the years and this was the smoothest transaction. Mark Hay is a great communicator and helped craft the deal that made sense to me. I was able to trade-in two older Toyotas towards a 2021 4Runner. While I was sure I knew what I wanted to buy, Mark guided me through thinking about what was really best for my needs. For instance, I was convinced I wanted 4 wheel drive. We talked about how often I planned to use it and considered I already had another 4WD vehicle. Purchased a 2WD, saved several thousand dollars, and have third row seating. Also, I live more than an hour away from the dealership. Mark arranged for Leith to pick up the second traded vehicle from my house. Very convenient indeed! Mark also suggested I apply for dealer arranged financing. I've been with my credit union for decades and was sure I could get the best rate there. In 5 minutes, Mark brought me an offer that was more than .5% lower than my credit union. That difference means saving more money. After a 10 minute application that Mark filled out from my inputs, the great rate financing was approved quickly. So here again, Mark guided me to a better solution. Finally, documentation was fast and efficient. Steven Futerman in the business office walked me through the paperwork patiently. Using the electronic signature on the iPad was super easy and efficient. Steven also did a great job explaining the additional warranty protection available. He made a great business case for adding the 10 year, 150,000 mile coverage. BTW, Steven also has a 4Runner and he and Mark both checked me out on the features on my new 4Runner. Look for these two guys when you're thinking about a vehicle purchase. You will learn a lot, optimize your choices, save money, and leave pleased and satisfied. More
