The sales Representative we initially worked with on our purchase of a Toyota Highlander moved out of town before we took delivery of our vehicle. Mr. Mark Hay took over only days before our SUV arrived at the dealership. Any initial thoughts we had about Mark being willing to represent us fairly soon dissolved. He worked overtime to answer every question we asked. We purchased the Hybrid, which we were not at all familiar with. And we also purchased almost every extra feature. To say that there was a lot of new buyer training Mark had to help us with was an understatement! He climbed into the driver's seat and went over customizing our dashboard and went through every screen and setting. He also took a hands-on approach to the passenger seats and cargo area, showing us various configurations that would help to make our trips more comfortable and our packing easier. He even answered questions we hadn't thought to ask! We would highly recommend Mr. Hay to anyone looking to venture into the world of Toyota--Highlander or otherwise! More

Horribly managed! I was scheduled to get my Tundra airbag recall repair at Leith Toyota at 10am. I arrived at 9:55am. Although a lot of people were hustling around, I was not checked in till 10:15am. I told recall repair at Leith Toyota at 10am. I arrived at 9:55am. Although a lot of people were hustling around, I was not checked in till 10:15am. I told the polite young lady that I do not have a lot of time. She said an hour and a half. I agreed but told her if there was a problem I did not have all day. At 10:45am my truck was still sitting outside. I asked why and the young lady said she had just told the team leader to elevate my repair. I left knowing this was going now where fast. It was very clear that this process, had a lot of people working on it, but no one really managing it. Leith Toyota needs to learn how to respect others time and not make it into a sales call. More
