RAV4 Purchasing Experience My family decided to shop around for a new car this past week. We went to several dealerships but nothing felt right. As soon we pulled up to the lot, My family decided to shop around for a new car this past week. We went to several dealerships but nothing felt right. As soon we pulled up to the lot, we were greeted by Jon Baker who was quick to show us around and answer all our questions. He even offered to have us test drive the car to our house to see if it would go up the driveway. We were very concerned about the bumper hitting the driveway and appreciated him offering to go the extra mile to check before we signed. He showed us many cars and never pressured us. We initially wanted a Camry but after walking around decided to buy a Rav4. We spent almost two hours looking at the Camrys and had even decided on one when my mom saw a Rav4 and asked about those. Even though he’d already spent all this time showing us Camrys and going over pricing with us he was more than happy to show us the Rav4’s. He showed us the ones in our price range. He never seemed annoyed and made us feel appreciated, unlike the other experiences we had at other dealerships. His patience, friendliness, and expertise made us feel right at home. We even enjoyed joking around with him. If you want a patient, professional and friendly experience Jon is your guy. Additionally, the financing process with Stanley was simple and easy and we appreciated his professionalism. Although it’s been a couple of days since we purchased the vehicle Jon has already checked on us to see how we like the vehicle. He even offered to have us come back and give us a full tutorial and answer any more of our questions on the Rav4. I really appreciate this because it shows he cares about his customers. Next time, we are in the market for another vehicle we’ll be sure to call Jon. More

Great experience at Leith Toyota My afternoon started with a trip to Fred Anderson to purchase a Tacoma. I went there because I purchased a 4Runner there 1 year ago this month. I had My afternoon started with a trip to Fred Anderson to purchase a Tacoma. I went there because I purchased a 4Runner there 1 year ago this month. I had a nice but inexperienced sales rep. That wasn't the problem. The management would not deal with me. They spent the whole time making my rep run back and forth without giving up any information. So I walked out and drove 15 minutes to Leith Toyota. So glad I did! With in 20 minutes of being there we had a truck picked out and a much better deal than Fred Anderson gave me after an hour of being there. Everyone was a pleasure to work with at Leith, especially Ralph Shaweet who made it clear that my satisfaction was his top priority. Don't wait any longer, go see Ralph! Paul Decker More
