In my experience today Mark boosted my opinion of the dealership. Please note, I would have written this review even if we had been charged for the battery. Our 2015 Camry had difficulty starting over the weekend. I called Mark around 10am today on a Monday morning. I left a message in his voicemail explaining we were a one car family today and needed to get the car battery checked out. I had limited time today because of family responsibilities. Mark had me meet him directly after his lunch at 1pm. He checked the warranty on our Toyato battery. They checked the battery within 15 minutes of brining in He car. Mark and Lief Toyato replaced the battery under warranty at no cost. Very impressed and give the dealership and Mark kudos - both impressed and grateful.
