Becca called to confirm the service that I wanted on the vehicle, followed up with me a short while later via text and call gaining my approval for repairs. She continued to follow up with me through the workday making sure I had information I needed timely for my arrangements for pick up. When the vehicle was not ready till the next morning she helped arrange a courtesy shuttle during the workday as I no longer had a ride. The service was excellent. Can not find enough employees such as her. Thank you! More
