Best car buying experience of my life!! I was looking at the Toyota Highlander- thinking of trading in our Camry because we needed at least a 7 seat option. Went to Leith on a Saturday Nd w I was looking at the Toyota Highlander- thinking of trading in our Camry because we needed at least a 7 seat option. Went to Leith on a Saturday Nd was introduced to Ralph who immediately directed us to this beautiful Highlander XLE which we test drove. It drove like a dream and Ralph did a wonderful job matching our needs to the features of the car AND even more important, patiently entertaining the questions my 2 grandsons asked throughout our visit as they love cars. I truly appreciated that Ralph was not your “typical” salesperson. He promised he would get us the best deal possible. My son and I came back about 12 days later and since Ralph was with another client, he introduced us to John Choe who would help us choose the color we may want and move along the sales process. I had no intention of buying that night though. Well John was amazing and so passionate and knowledgeable about all the benefits of the Highlander- and had such a serving manner about him, it was a pleasure!! We decided on a color (Ooh Ooh La La Rouge) and a vehicle and because Ralph did exactly as he promised and got us the best deal possible, we ended up buying that night!! The business manager, Solomon was also a complete joy to work with and the whole experience was amazing! I would recommend going to Leith and asking for Ralph and John and you will not be sorry- this was the first time I did not have buyers remorse after buying a car!! More
