I've driven a Mercedes for years and have bec I could not be more pleased with my experience of buying a Rav4 Hybrid from Joe Nugent at Leith Toyota. I've driven a Mercedes for years and have become accustomed to that level of quality service from Leith Mercedes, and was pleased to see it carried over to the Leith Toyota dealership. I felt at home there. The only hitch was that I was ordering a new model and there were some factory delays in getting it. Not the dealership's fault and the personnel there were good about keeping me apprised of the status and their efforts to speed up the process. The car is very computerized and a new type for me, so there's a learning curve. When I took delivery, Joe spent a long time reviewing how to use the features and offered to have me come by anytime for more one-on-one instruction. I do not hesitate to recommend Leith Toyota and Joe Nugent. More
