And again, I didn’t feel pressured into anything (which is unusual for a car dealership!!!) I left Leith Toyota feeling 100% confident in my purchase, and that was a great feeling!!! Worst customer service ever. I went in to order a new tacoma. Three different times they got what i wanted wrong even after i gave them the 4 digit code for the exact vehicle. They will lie to Your face, denied accepting true car offer stated its only for people who finance a vehicle which is a lie. Requested a check to place in a file to show i was serious about buying a vehicle for a deposit was told it stays in your deal folder until the vehicle comes in and then I be given a option i could use it towards the truck or give them a new check for vehicle. That was a lie the deposited it that night. When they were asked they had no answer and stuttered to give answers. When told i wanted my money back ill go else where they tried making excuses about giving it back and stating it will take 7-10 business days which is a lie especially when you use the same bank they can refund money the same day. Poor attitude towards veterans. And poor attitude when someone wants to pay cash for a vehicle. They want everyone to finance thru their banks so they get that kick back from the bank. Best advice dont use this dealership. If you must then do your homework and get approved from your bank of a bank of choice before you go To them youll get a better rate and better deal. Worst experience ever. More

Purchase of 2019 Camry. I came in on a Saturday which we all know it’s the busiest day in a dealership.
