The most important reason is because of my service advisor, Richard Kuhn. Richard make sure everything is done correct and proper the first time. He does not treat me like a customer, he is very personable. If I call or email him with a question, he always reply in a timely manner. As long as people like Richard are around, Leith will be the only place I get my car service. I have sent several people to Leith Toyota and they feel the same way!! After a terrible experience at a Ford dealership down the road we drove to Leith where they had already picked up a Highlander I was interested and had it at the lot ready for us. Brandon Hales our sales guy was absolutely top notch. He was so friendly, informative, not pushy at all and was very much wanting to help us find exactly what we wanted. He took us on a great test drive, worked with our budget, and was even kept late after close to help us seal the deal. Eric Frances was our finance guy and he was great as well. Explained all our options for extras and warranties and was never trying to just sell us product. He was very informative and would give us 100% real recommendations. This dealership is great with amazing staff. When we need another car we will absolutely drive all this way to use them again. More
