We worked first with John (VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle features and patient with us when we wanted to drive three different models before deciding) and then with Zarina, who was great, making sure vehicle features and patient with us when we wanted to drive three different models before deciding) and then with Zarina, who was great, making sure to keep us informed and helpful, but not overbearing. The dealership was able to find us the exact vehicle/color I wanted, and we were able to get the vehicle in about three weeks, which we thought was great. Spoke to some people waiting in the service area and it sounds like LONG wait times to have service completed, so will have to see how that goes. More
