Horribly managed! I was scheduled to get my Tundra airbag recall repair at Leith Toyota at 10am. I arrived at 9:55am. Although a lot of people were hustling around, I was not checked in till 10:15am. I told the polite young lady that I do not have a lot of time. She said an hour and a half. I agreed but told her if there was a problem I did not have all day. At 10:45am my truck was still sitting outside. I asked why and the young lady said she had just told the team leader to elevate my repair. I left knowing this was going now where fast. It was very clear that this process, had a lot of people working on it, but no one really managing it. Leith Toyota needs to learn how to respect others time and not make it into a sales call. More
