Bought a 2021 Dodge Challenger scat pack, used but only had 534 miles on car.After two months I have owned the car, car is very nice but now realized I overpaid for the car.I never rated the dealership aft had 534 miles on car.After two months I have owned the car, car is very nice but now realized I overpaid for the car.I never rated the dealership after the sale ,but I am rating them now.First they had all the financial figures Fowled up,tried to overcharge me on fees , but I caught it and brought it to there attention.Second when I got the car home found that the right rear floor mat is missing.Talked to my salesman and he said he would get me one and send it to me.Never did I have called and left voicemails repeatedly but they just avoid me.TERRIBLE that after spending so much money for this car they can’t even hold a promise as small as this.I’ll buy one myself but will never recommend buying anything here! Went in looking at trucks, specifically A Ram Rebel 1500. Told the dealer what I was looking at and that Heritage in Parkville had the truck but that I was willing to shop local. I wanted to test drive one but the sales person was pretty dismissive and said well if they have the truck you want i would rather you test drive with them than to test a vehicle you are not going to buy. My wife and I stood there kind of startled by the response. I said, "Well now you don't know that. I know what I am looking for but can be flexible in the options if the truck is similar enough." He asked if I wanted to test drive the truck or not and I stated sure but as he walked away, I was still rather shocked by the rude comment and hollered to him to forget about it and bought the truck from Parkville Heritage Dodge. I wasn't lying, I could have been satisfied with another similar truck but if someone is bold enough to be rude upfront then I can only imagine what the experience would have been like post sale. No thanks, I will take my money elsewhere. I don't need someone so off putting to deal with. More

Being in my 50's, I have dealt with numerous dealers and had many vehicles over the years. The staff at Len Stoler CDJR might be the best I have ever conducted business with when purchasing a vehicle. Although I do not know all the individuals’ names involved in my purchase, I can say for certain that Sales Rep - Evan McGrew and Finance Manager - Diane Serio were funny, friendly, courteous, professional, and laid back always. Always ensuring I was not getting to stressed out and comfortable. Evan spent a good portion of his day off texting and talking with me to ensure I was happy, and we were able to complete the transaction with both sides happy. I also know that Diane continued to reach out to the finance company to ensure everything was correct for me and ensure that they were able to meet my budget $$$. Everyone ensured it was an incredible experience. Lastly.... I have been a Toyota person for decades because of a variety of reasons, but if anyone is looking for a person vehicle truck.... I highly recommend checking out the Dodge RAM trucks. The platform for the RAMs to include a variety of different options/levels of truck, the amazing gas mileage the truck gets having a HEMI in it, and the incredible/comfortable interior just absolutely blows Toyota, Chevy, and the others away IMO. I initially went to Len Stoler CDJR went there looking at a Silverado that they were selling, but after test driving the Dodge RAM and the Chevy Silverado.... Hands down, the Dodge RAM won out almost immediately. As mentioned, if you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly encourage you to check out what Len Stoler CDJR of Westminster has.
