They are getting worse. went in for an oil change after needing two weeks to get an appointment for this 15 minute job. Also asked that they replace the wipers. Paid 50% more went in for an oil change after needing two weeks to get an appointment for this 15 minute job. Also asked that they replace the wipers. Paid 50% more for the oil change than the last time at Jiffy Lube (went there because I couldn't get an appointment in one week). They didn't change the wipers (took the car somewhere else the next business day) and the inspection report didn't even show the wipers as needing replacement when about three inches of blade was pulled off. This was reported as okay, so it was obviously not checked. What else wasn't checked. More
