Difficult to talk to a service person, actual service good It was very frustrating trying to actually talk to a service person to make an appointment. I was calling a number that appeared to go this dealer but It was very frustrating trying to actually talk to a service person to make an appointment. I was calling a number that appeared to go this dealer but the person who was answering was not at my local dealer, she told me she was transferring me to a service person at my dealer but it just went to a voice system, I tried several other times and it just rang and rang and rang. I had to call about 6 times before a service person actually answered the phone. I don't mind if someone answers and puts me on hold for a few minutes but I think it's terrible customer service to just not answer. I was able to get an appt that day to deal with a tire that needed plugged, they found the issue immediately and fixed it quickly. And the wifi in this dealer is really good for those who wait. More

2 vehicles purchased on the same day Me experiance started with Tara, the online sales manager because I had jus underwent surgery and I was bed ridden. When I was well enough to come in Me experiance started with Tara, the online sales manager because I had jus underwent surgery and I was bed ridden. When I was well enough to come in she referred me to Jake. He was ready to help me when we got in. I got prequalified before coming in with Chrysler Capital so it would make my experiance that much quicker. We took 3 vehicles for a test drive and bought 2 of them. 1 was a new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and the other was a used 2014 Cadillac CTS. Everyone was kind and dealt with my haggling ways to where we all felt comfortable. I will be back for service in the near future. Dwayne and all the staff were very nice and curious to me and my family. More
