They called me to tell me they had to replace the fuel tank and asked if they could keep it for another day. I appreciate that they “asked” me, even though there really wasn’t another option. Great interpersonal skills not usually found in repair shops. My truck was ready, as promised, the following day. They answered my question about why they needed to replace my fuel tank at only 4200 miles. And even offered to have someone help find the truck in their extensive parking lot. A very professional operation. And, by the way, all services were completed to my satisfaction. More
