Geoff responded immediately not with a request to come in the dealership to "talk", but with an acknowledgment he understood my needs, and an honest request to answer what it would take to win my business. I am gobsmacked at how transparent and honest Geoff was through the roughly 6 total hours, only 2 of which were at the dealership waiting to get the truck prepped, to provide exactly what I was looking for without any stereotypical shenanigans. And that included a fair value on my trade. Additionally - there was no haggling about price - simply a request for what it would take to win my business, and a decision on whether the dealer would accept. My only regret is time wasted with other dealerships. More

I was given the runaround each time and did not get to purchase the vehicle. It was as if the sales people did not need to make the sale. So, we traveled to Maryland to take a look at a Jeep we found online. Geoff had wonderful reviews online, so I did an inquiry with him. Although I expected to receive better service, it was actually exemplary. In fact, the entire sales team was friendly, welcoming, and treated us like guests in their home. One thing about Geoff was that he made sure I loved the vehicle before we made the purchase. He really pushed the test drive (of 3 jeeps), was knowledgeable about each one, and most importantly wasn't a "pushy salesman".
