We made the 4 hour drive from Louisville to Lenoir City Dodge Jeep and Chrysler only to find out the sales ad was completly wrong on more than one advertised feature, the biggest being that it had third row when it in fact did NOT. After about 2 hours of negotiations, we were finally able to reach an agreement, and we drove away in the Highlander we had driven 4 hours to purchase. Overall we were satisfied with our experience. Our sales person Paul Stallings was very helpful and apologetic in reguards to the misleading ad. More
