This was my first time ever buying a car, so of course I was excited. I had actually only come to dealership with my dad to look at the car, but we were so sold on it we ended up buying it. Of course the process took a little while being that my dad was cosigning for me, and I am a younger buyer.. However, the service was excellent and they were all very nice and supportive. I didn't feel like they were trying to shove this car down my throat. Honestly, I didn't feel like they were trying to "sell" me the car at all. They were very honest, very considerate, and very easy to talk to and work with. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. As a matter of fact, my boyfriend came in and bought a car the same day I did. So, I am an obvious supporter! Thanks for the great service guys! It was a very nice first time experience! More

I found a Hyundai I was interested in online at this Ford dealership and received a call back from Matt, who proceeded to tell me about the car. I stopped in the dealership that same day and was greeted by dealership and received a call back from Matt, who proceeded to tell me about the car. I stopped in the dealership that same day and was greeted by several people at the door and my car was already pulled up to the front of the building for me. Everyone was very friendly and down to earth but NOT Pushy. Everyone seemed to work together to help me with whatever I needed. They worked with me on pricing and my trade-in in a fair manor. I had my brother-in-law helping me and Matt was great with him also. Once I put a little down payment down, I was able to take the car for a couple days to make sure I really wanted it. Closing on Friday the 13th, I was apprehensive, but everything went smoothly and Matt switched my plate brackets (custom) while we signed the final papers. I don't have to do anything else but wait for the final stuff in the mail. They worked at getting the best rate possible for the loan. Only issue we had was waiting a little too long to get our turn with the financial mgr to close the deal. This dealership was farther away then I planned to go, but it was worth it. If you like it, we'll order exactly what you want." We liked it, they wrote up an order for exactly what we wanted, priced at invoice. No pressure, no numbers games, no wasting my time. Same when we picked it up: no muss, no fuss, no bother. Even the trade-in was simple and drama-free. Out of dozens of cars I've bought, this is by far the easiest and most painless car purchase I've ever made. Great car, very reasonable price (actually below what I had anticipated), no drama, no wasting of my time: can't ask for more than that. More
