My last 4 trucks bought at lenoir city ford. I wish I had went back. I was having trouble getting into my 2024 f150. I like the color of a maverick at Ted Russell. Who would have thought they take advantage of older person they did..my faults for trusting them. Credit management did not show me the numbers. I assume it was what I and sales agreed on. 31k truck went to 43k to take the 10k difference of my truck. Don't trust the sale person or Credit management to show you everything. Ask see proof!!

I had my MKX serviced at Jerry Duncan Ford,and my appointment was at 1PM. I had my tires rotated and the oil and filter changed. I arrived early at around 12:30, and by 12:45, Mr Gouge, the Service Manager, already had my SUV on the rack, and they were rotating my tires. This was the BEST SERVICE, and the STAFF was VERY FRIENDLY. Jerry Duncan Ford, will be the place, I get my cars serviced, from now on. Larry Brown
