Decided to look for a truck on a Friday afternoon. I filled out the pre-approval form online and got a phone call in about 10-15 mins from Dave. After talking to him for about 20 mins. Dave and Steve were very friendly and I never felt pressured. A week later the engine light came on and they immediately made an appointment and got my truck back in the shop and had it running smoothly in an hour!
