My experience with Lenz was a great one. It was almost like being at work (military). They just sent you from station to station. I have a hard time trying to get a price cut whenever I look for vehicles, but you guys do not "dicker" at all, so it makes it much easier. It is kind of nice to not have to worry about trying to get the lowest price. With that being said, I am not sure I would trade another vehicle in at your buisiness. Here is why; You give the lowest trade in value and then deduct anything wrong with the vehicle, therefore, because you do not budge on pricing, you could actually sell your vehicle at a much lower retail price and still get more than trade in value off the street. But overall, I would definitley buy another vehicle from you. More

this was by far the best experience i have ever had in an auto dealership. everyone was very friendly and helpful. nik was able to get me financed with both my truck and a ton of extras and still get me a gr auto dealership. everyone was very friendly and helpful. nik was able to get me financed with both my truck and a ton of extras and still get me a great payment while dan spent a considerable amount of time with me going through the available aftermarket parts to get my truck built exactly how i wanted it. in the end i have the truck i wanted for a price i can afford and this is all because of the amazing staff at lenz truck center. Only issue I have is, how do you distribute Illinois plates and not have the capability to issue 'D' Truck plates when you are a truck dealer that sells many 3/4 and 1 ton trucks? This should be common plates and not have the capability to issue 'D' Truck plates when you are a truck dealer that sells many 3/4 and 1 ton trucks? This should be commonsense. Don't try to hand me a B plate when it isn't the right plate. Should have just given me the paperwork so I could get the plates in Illinois, like I ended up having to do anyway. Besides all that, everyone was friendly. Sam P. and Dave were both pretty cool. I would still buy a truck there again. More

this was the first time i had been to lenz truck center. the experience was good and i would recommend this company. The only issue I had was when we were setting up financing the guy could not get paperwor the experience was good and i would recommend this company. The only issue I had was when we were setting up financing the guy could not get paperwork to print out for the extended warranty so he said he would send it to us and that we didn't need to worry because if the truck blew up on us on the way home we would still be covered because he had the information in the computer already. When we received the warranty paperwork it said that it would not be valid until 2/17/12 or 90 days after the purchase. I feel that we were told incorrect information. Other than that one issue everything else was very satisfactory. More

After looking 2 months for a used truck to use as a daily driver while my car is parked during the winter, I was browsing Lenz Trucks' inventory online one Saturday morning. A truck that interested me had just popped up in the last couple of days. Not expecting much in the way of a quick reply, I fired off an email inquiring about it and carried on with my search. Minutes later I had a reply from Mark asking when I'd like to see it. 90 Minutes later I was in Fond Du Lac with keys in hand for a test drive. I bought the vehicle and was in and out of the dealership in no time. It was much smoother and quicker than my last vehicle purchase which took most of a Saturday from me. Anyway after I paid I had no way to transport vehicle home so Mark offered to keep it on the lot until I could come back and get it...which ended up being 6 days later. My experience was very favorable with Mark and Lenz Trucks, and I'm very happy to share it with anyone who asks. Next time I'm in the market for a truck, you can bet I'll be looking at Lenz. More
