I am very unhappy you had a bad experience at my dealership. Please inform me who the salesmen was that didn't help you the first day (if you even know his name). What bank did you end up getting financing through because we have two banks that will not only match any competitor bank, but beat that bank or credit union. Who was the finance person who told you we couldn't have beat your bank??? What was the stock number and or VIN of the vehicle you were trying to purchase? Also, please tell me your name so I can look at your credit bureau (I am sure we pulled one if we quoted you an interest rate) and tell you what rate and term I can/could get you. If you would like to call me on my personal cell phone that is also fine. Thank you for your time and I am sure you and I can work through this. Thanks. -Brad Lenz Owner of Lenz Truck Center

Hello, On the first day, I met Mike but he was helping another customer out. He did say he'll be back to help me. I had to get to work, that was why I was upset. But I really liked a specific SUV and came back the next day. I met Sam and he did a good job and wasn't pushy. But he also did a poor job when it came to paperwork. I only could put $100 down on the SUV I wanted. And we did complete a purchase agreement form... But when I left, I asked him for my copy and he handed me another customer's copy. I didn't know since it was folded up and didn't find out until I got home. That's correct, I still have this stranger's copy of a purchase agreement in my possession. Did you want me to send you it back? I'm just glad the copy didn't have any personal information on it like SSN or bank account info because you guys would be getting sued right now by that other customer that Sam messed up the paperwork with. Anyways, my sister was my co-signer and she called Lenz to ask you guys to fax the copy to her. Instead, the finance guy, Nick, said they didn't do business with our bank, which is Community First Credit Union. He did not give a reason why. Instead, he insisted he talk to me only and tried to get me to finance through Lenz banks. Ummm, I was already approved for a loan and was gonna pick up my check to bring and get my car. Instead, I got screwed. Since I didn't know the reason, I asked my bank's loan officer. He said because Lenz couldn't beat my interest rate of 3%, that is why Nick said Lenz didn't want to sell me the car. What kind of BS is this? As far as my name and info... I don't see why I need to give it to you now since I am no longer able to buy a vehicle from your dealership. If you don't want my money, that's fine. I bet that vehicle (Toyota 4Runner 2007) will still be sitting on the lot 3 weeks from now. Too bad because I was ready to buy. I guess I have to go to Milwaukee to get my Toyota.

I always try to see things on both sides... that is why I came back after the first day. I understand that it can get busy for you guys so I gave it another shot to come get a vehicle. But my main point is that I am already approved through MY bank for a loan. I just need to pick my vehicle. I don't need financing or the dealership to try and find another/better rate. I was quite happy with my rate and did not want to waste time going through a financial guy trying to beat my rate, etc. So the question is do you guys really don't do business with Community First Credit Union? If you don't, that's fine. If you happen to do business with Community First, then I was treated with the most disrespect and you should fire those employees. Either way, it's gonna take a lot to get me to come back there or refer any of my friends to go there. And that's a lot of people, since many of my friends and I just graduated from college and we are all looking to buy cars.
