This is my 2nd truck purchased from there lot. I was faced with a crisis when my 2008 Ford F-150 had some minor transmission issues and I found myself unable to get home over the weekend and was within faced with a crisis when my 2008 Ford F-150 had some minor transmission issues and I found myself unable to get home over the weekend and was within 1 hour of the Lenz Dealership. I was able to get the truck to their facility with there assistance. I was able to upgrade to a newer 2010 model with no money out of pocket and improved terms over existing loan and was able to leave the lot by 2pm the next day. The people there work as a team and want the customer to be satisfied with there new purchase. There is not many car lots where you can also find a great truck at a great price. More

I had several special requests (having the car inspected at another dealership; getting picked up at the airport and some minor touchups on the paint). On the day that I picked up the car, someone met me at the airport; ordered special paint for some very minor touch-ups; and meticuliously completed the work. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was parked out front and it was immaculate and ready for me to drive home. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly, and focused on customer service. When it was time to make the financial arrangements, Dave handled everything with ease. I was not pressured in any way and they were genuinely interested in ensuring that everything was taken care of for me. I have bought many vehicles and those experiences were not always very pleasant. This was not the case with Lenz. The car that I bought was a 2007 Corvette, which had been a dream for me for many years. And the folks at Lenz truck center made this the a truly wonderful experience. After my purchase and on the drive home, I had a problem with my air conditioning. I contacted Steve and he returned my call while on his time off and while at the hospital with the birth of his child. This is commendable and shows true dedication to his customers. He sent me to Dan in service. Dan took care of my issues at no charge and made sure that it was fixed right. I was looking for a Ford Mustang. I found Lenz Truck I was looking for a Ford Mustang. I found Lenz Truck center on a ebay ad. I called and talked to Ryan Knueppel. I drove 170 miles to find the car inside and ready for me to look at, and test drive. The car if anything was under rated on the internet. Way better in person. These guys got me in and out with in a half and hour. When I went to leave I plugged my GPS in to find the 12 volt outlet did not work. Ryan ran it back to the service guys. With in five minutes they had it fixed, and I was on my way. I could NOT say enough good things about everyone that I met at Lenz Truck center today. Guys I will check back when I am looking again! Not willing to negotiate with a single mother with a couple thousand cash down was my only dissapointment. Also, mentioning the fact that you are so well off that you don't need the protection packages couple thousand cash down was my only dissapointment. Also, mentioning the fact that you are so well off that you don't need the protection packages because you can afford anything that goes wrong is a turn off to a girl trying to purchase a vehicle herself is a turnoff. However, the price was reasonable, not outstanding. The friendliness was outstanding and they are very good at what they do. I would go back again if i was set on getting something and all of the staff was very nice and courteous. Thank you for a good experience. :) More
