I purchased a 2019 Silverado and the check engine light and several other lights came on during the ride home. Had to schedule a service appointment right away. I live 1-1/2 hours away and use my truck for and several other lights came on during the ride home. Had to schedule a service appointment right away. I live 1-1/2 hours away and use my truck for work. I was given a small car as a loaner. After a couple different appointments one of the 3 original issues was resolved but I still have the main problem and 1 other and now they say they won’t cover it because it has been too long but said it needed to have the check engine light come on again for them to look at it again. Very frustrating and disappointing first experience with this dealership. More

Stay away from the Minocqua lot. Denny is rude, disrespectful. Does not care about customer service. Lacks in every aspect. Go somewhere else stay away from Lenz Truck Center. One was a receiver hitch that in theory would've been left by another person or even if they had to buy it something to make the truck look perfect instead of an old one. Too I asked for a little bit of negotiation for a specific reason and no matter what somebody tells me there's always some rules to negotiate. 3. Getting the vehicle was amazing. It's a very rare vehicle and I appreciate all that but if I'm being quiz on the overall treatment, the guys were nice but either powerless to help me or unwilling I'm too very small categories, but it truly left a bad taste in my mouth. I waited a couple weeks to see if the feeling went away, but it was a rush to get the vehicle, but the end experience was Sad More
