Good Timing I wanted to update my ride. I was riding around in a 2008 F150 that I loved. It was going into the nickel and dime stage. I was debating keeping it an I wanted to update my ride. Just for grins, I decided to take a look at Lenz online. I found a couple of vehicles that peaked my interest. Time to test drive. It was a little over an hour drive to see the trucks first hand. What a treat. After looking at the massive vehicle stock, I stopped at my main prospect. Took it for a spin and was blown away. What a beautiful vehicle! It was sad to see my old F150 go, but my newer ride was just what I wanted. Added to this was Zach VanderGrinten. I would say that he was true to his word. Of course we all want the best deal we can. Realistically I knew what my vehicle needed. He didn't pull any punches. I got a fair deal and one that I could live with. It had served me well, but time was ticking. I am so happy with my purchase! My visit to Lenz was for 2016 GMC Sierra and after seeing and driving I new it was not the truck I needed. Paul recognized this and did not try to force it on me but rather took the opportunity to show me others that may fit my need. I was in luck and found a 2015 GMC Sierra which offered more and in the price range I wanted to be. Paul went the extra mile to make sure everything was how I wanted it. We formed our first impressions of Lenz when our email inquiries were promptly and professionally returned. We also were impressed with the large inventory of low mileage, reasonably priced vehicles to choose from. When we arrived at our appointment, the two vehicles we inquired about were ready for us at the front of the parking lot as promised. After a brief introduction, Brandon Schneider left us alone to drive, review and inspect the vehicles at our own pace. Throughout the "no pressure" process we felt that Brandon wanted to help us find the right product versus selling us a vehicle. When we were ready to buy, Brandon really listened to our questions and concerns. His willingness to address a few minor issues was much appreciated and we never felt pressured to add products or services we didn't need. From arrival to driving our new vehicle off the lot was about 2.5 hours. We will start our next purchase by looking at Lenz Truck Center first and plan to tell all our friends to do the same. More
