The camaro that we put a deposit on . . was sold out from under us. Instead of explaining that to us . . we were told "We have the same exact car." Which they did not have. The one they wanted to sell us also had a $600.00 spoiler on it which we did not want. We ended up with a camaro very similar to the one we put the deposit on and we love it, but nothing was ever done to fix the spare tire situation. (That was after the sales manager assured me on the phone that they would do what they could to fix the problem.) All in all the sales experience was something I don't ever want to repeat again. We came to your dealership to purchase a new chevy express 2500. When we came to take delivery on the vehicle we dealt with Joe Quinn and had one of the worst experiences ever at a dealership. First of all, someone who worked with Joe made my husband turn over $45 for the plate before he would show him the paperwork treating him like a loser who didn't have $45 when purchasing a $30,000 vehicle! When the paperwork was finally given up the payment was $40/month more than agreed on. When questioned he said that he added the extra mileage warranty without discussing it with us first. After that was removed the payment was still higher than agreed upon and when questioned about that he blamed it on the salesperson and magically changed it to within a $1 of the agreed upon price. He failed to tell us that the vehicle was put solely in my husband's name and not in the business name as requested. He then chose to tell us that if it was in the business name it would be $3000 more and we had stated all along that we needed it the business name with my husband cosigning. If it wasn't discovered before signing the reprucussion from this would have been a disaster. Needless to say we left without the vehicle. In the past 20 years we have only purchased vehicle from 2 dealers, Bill Brown Ford and Les Stanford Cadillac because we do not like to be treated like fools. Up until now Les Stanford was that way but at this point we are so angry and if something isn't done in regards to this vehicle we are willing to pay more at the Ford dealer than give Les Stanford the business. This would've been our 3rd vehicle with Les Stanford and it's a shame that one employee can turn off a potential lifetime customer. More

My experience with Les Stanford was nothing less than exceptional! I have had my time wasted and been made to feel degraded at other dealerships in the past but my experience with Les Stanford Chevrolet exceptional! I have had my time wasted and been made to feel degraded at other dealerships in the past but my experience with Les Stanford Chevrolet was a total opposite eperience. I filled out an online request to receive info on a new Traverse then found out I had to have exceptional credit. I received several emails from dealerships in which I responded with an email explaining I didn't realize I would need excellent credit. I received an email back from Kara Carroll right away saying there is always something that can be worked out. I told her I didn't want to waste my time coming in only to find out there was nothing that could be done and get "laughed out of the place" as has happened on several occasions before. Kara went right to work and assured me that would not happen this time. She put me in touch with Joe Quinn the finance director and he got right down to business and told me exactly what I needed to do to get the deal done. When I went down to the dealership Kara had left for a family emergency but Kayla Kish was waiting for me and took excellent care of me before handing me over to Joe to finish the deal. Everything went very smoothly. Joe knows his stuff because he had everything in place. I was able to get my new vehicle in les time that I've spent at other dealerships only to find out there was nothing they could do. I wasn"t able to get the vehicle I wanted but Joe explained in a couple of years I would be able to trade this one in and get what I want. When it comes to that time Les Stanford Is where I'll be going! More

Came through CCM membership and met Dennis at a meeting. He has been very professional and worked with me as I thought through options.
