I made an appointment on May 28th for electrical (Body Control Module) service on my 43,000 mile 2019 Chevy Sonic RS, and was given June 25th at 8am. I arranged a rental car for what I thought would be a Control Module) service on my 43,000 mile 2019 Chevy Sonic RS, and was given June 25th at 8am. I arranged a rental car for what I thought would be a couple days. When I arrived Candace Clark took my name, address and phone number, and wrote up my problems. I left and picked up my rental. Later in the day I texted to see if there was a prognosis - Candace told me it would be THREE WEEKS before they even LOOKED at my car, after waiting four weeks for the appointment! I was supposed to rent a car for three weeks? She said she would see if she could get me a loaner but never responded back. I waited one more day, extended my rental but got no more help from Candace, so I elected to just take my car back. When I got the paperwork from the cashier, I saw that Instead of using MY information, Candace used the information of the FORMER OWNER that was already in the system - I bought the car from her 3 years ago and she is dead! Plus it said I had NO APPOINTMENT when I most certainly did have one! Candace cost me more than $200 for the rental! I wouldn't take my car to Les Stanford for service on a dare! More

I live in New Jersey. I saw this car online. The car looked great. The negotiations were simple however that’s when some of the comedy started happening. Initially, I wa I saw this car online. Initially, I was told it would come with a license plate holder for the front this wasn’t added. I had the dealer upgrade the rims at a local tire shop prior to shipping to New Jersey. They drove the car 30 miles each way. And then it was loaded for delivery to New Jersey from Michigan. As soon as I receive the car, I noticed that thematic system wasn’t working. I tried multiple ways to reset it yet it continued not to work. After a few days, I got an appointment at a local dealership service department they tried to reset the system and found that it was broken. Additionally, I was made aware this component was on national backorder with no available date. The original dealer refuses to help and told me I have to do everything through Bridgewater Chevrolet. I made it very clear to them that they knew that this part was broken and purposely sold it out of state so they wouldn’t have to deal with the problem. I asked them to escalate it to the general manager and to GM. They said would not respond directly to the question. Now I’ve asked them to escalate again to the general manager and told them they can either take the car back or give me compensation. Obviously they knew the part was broken because they did drive it all the way from their dealership to Detroit, which was roughly 30 miles each way saying that the screen comes on saying device is still loading. It’s kind of hard to miss. More

I had a terrible experience with Les Stanford Cadillac. I placed an order for a vehicle and put down a deposit, expecting the agreed-upon pricing to be honored when the car arrived. Instead, on the day it came in, the sales manager Nik G tried to add $7,500 over MSRP. When I questioned it, I was told “business is business” and that they can get more than sticker and reserve the right to do so. That’s not how you treat customers who committed early and trusted your dealership. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, bringing customers in under one expectation and then changing the terms at the last minute. Completely unprofessional and misleading. If you’re looking for honest pricing and a dealership that stands by their word, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere More
